Eric Clapton - The Lost Orchestra Night
London, England - February 9, 1990 - Geetarz 245/246 - DVD-R2
Geetarz Comments:
This concert, the second-to-last of the legendary 1990 Royal Albert Hall performances, was filmed as part of the "24 Nights" project but never officially released. Fully assembled and edited with timecode in place, this was presumably used for planning tracking shots and cuts for the final performance filmed on the next night. Video and audio quality are a bit rough and fairly high generation. The sound is soundboard, but mono, and suffers from a moderate amount of hiss from the intervening analog generations. Still, the performance is pure gold and this is a joy to watch. DVD sourced from the video included with the Four Faces Box Set and authored with full motion menus and Dolby Digital 2.0 sound.
