This send-up of the 1960s "Beach Party" movies falls flat on every count and is absolutely painful to watch. But it's the only place where you will see Stevie Ray Vaughan in a mock beach bar jamming with the King of Surf Guitar, Dick Dale, who sports the most ridiculous 80s hair *ever*.
