The Rolling Stones - The Double Door
Chicago, Ill. - September 18, 1997 - VideoCD - CD-R1
Geetarz Comments: In front of a crowd of no more than 400 at the "Double Door" club in Chicago, the Rolling Stones prove they're still the kings of Rock and Roll! VideoCD sourced from high generation VHS master, a bit rough but a blast to watch - not quite as much fun as being there, but close!

"I've got this on an uncredited label DVD - nice gig, but the quality's not a good as we were lead to believe by some Interner retailers. It starts off really murky but gets better; mono sound and not the best mix (eg where's the piano in "Honky Tonk Women"?). Having said that, you get "The Last Time", "19th Nervous Breakdown", "Let It Bleed" and "Shame Shame Shame", so who's complaining? What's really nice is seeing the Stones in a more intimate setting (although paradoxically they still remain detached) rather than on the massive stages that graced their last few tours." - Anonymous
