This is a nicely assembled variety of footage covering the Who from 1979 through 2004, but with one glaring problem: it is handicapped by a poor authoring job. Recorded on a standalone, this comprehensive bonus material deserves better treatment, and would have greatly benefitted from a comprehensive menu system and documentation of the various clips provided here.
